For each domain with contact zone of three or more base pairs, the mean Ax-bend, that is the angle between DNA axis in subsequent base pairs, was computed with the program Curve+.

Three numbers A (B-C) means: A is the average Ax-bend among all domains of the family, B is the minimum mean Ax-bend and C is the maximum mean Ax-bend.

The dash "-" means that the contact zones of domains of the family include no double helices of three or more bp.

One number means that only for one domain of the family a long enough DNA was detected in its contact zone, and the number is the mean Ax-bend of this DNA.
